The name

From a quiet line in Acts 6.

In Acts 6, leaders facing growing complexity name a real χρεία — a need — and appoint trusted people to serve the tables: the practical, daily work that lets a community flourish.

That phrase shapes how we work. Vision matters, but so does the table where it is carried out — the systems, the people, the quiet operations that make meaningful work possible.

Our approach

Some problems don't need more activity. They need clarity.

Clarity before activity

Not every problem needs more programs. Some need fewer, sharper ones.

Identify the real need

Strategy begins with honest diagnosis—not assumptions or borrowed playbooks.

Build for the long arc

Sustainable systems outlast short-term wins. We design for the decade ahead.

Impact

A decade of work,
measured in people served.

Numbers don't tell the whole story—but they hint at the shape of it. Across a decade in ministry and nonprofit leadership:

$1M+

Grants & funding secured for programs

2M+

Pounds of food distributed to neighbors in need

1,500+

Volunteers & leaders mobilized

10+

Years across NYC and Texas front-line work

Let's start with a conversation.

Every meaningful engagement starts with an honest conversation. We'd be glad to listen.
