About

A decade in the work,
now turned outward.

Chreia Consulting was founded out of a simple belief: that the organizations doing meaningful work deserve thoughtful counsel from someone who has stood where they stand.

Drew has spent the past ten-plus years inside the kinds of organizations Chreia now serves. As Campus and Discipleship Pastor at Northplace Church in Texas, he leads strategy, discipleship, and community formation across multiple congregations. Before that, as Co-Executive Director of Dream Center NYC, he helped build programs serving some of New York's most under-resourced neighbors.

His work sits at the intersection of strategy and care— designing systems that scale without losing the human texture that made them worth building in the first place. Whether launching a recovery initiative, restructuring volunteer operations, or coaching a leadership team through transition, the throughline is the same: clarify what's necessary, then serve the table where the work gets done.

Drew is completing his Master's in Ministry Leadership at Southeastern University. He believes good consulting listens first, challenges occasionally, and clarifies constantly, so that organizations may deeply flourish.

"The best strategy work isn't louder activity—it's quieter clarity. We help leaders see what's actually needed, then serve the table where that work gets done."
